Availability

Although we make every effort to have the product shown on our site in stock, we do sometimes sell out on items. When this happens we will contact you by email so that you will know about the delay and order the item in for you.

Refund / Exchange Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction; your merchandise selection may be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase, within 45 days from date of purchase, based on the following conditions:

• Unused merchandise will be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds on credit card purchases can only be credited to the original credit card account.
• Merchandise showing signs of any manufacturer's defect will be repaired, exchanged or refunded in accordance with the manufacturer's own warranty.
• Please send the items you wish to send back with your receipt that was included in your original shipment.
• No exchange or refund will be permitted on Men's and Ladies under garments, Adaptor Plugs & Converters.

We are not responsible for damage caused by any carrier.

This policy describes the practices which Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre uses with regards to collecting personal information, and the protection of same. By purchasing any products from this site, you agree to the collection and use of the information. If you do not agree, please do not order from this site.

1. Personal information is that information which is obtained from the forms that are filled out by the client when requesting a product or service from Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre. This information will include: your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and credit card number. When purchasing a product, and completing the necessary forms, personal information for the recipient will also be required.

Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre will use the above information collected to complete the transaction initiated by the purchaser. Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre will also use what has been provided to do follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the products and services and/or to see how we can serve you better. Credit card information (including address) will be used to bill for the products and services.

The information provided will also be used to send information regarding upcoming specials, new products and features. If you do not want to be notified of this, please send an e-mail to www.journeystravel.ca indicating you would like your name removed from this mailing list.

At no time will any personal information regarding the purchaser and the recipient gathered on this site be sold or rented to another company.

2. Non-personal information is information such as the IP address and that pages that were viewed while on the Journeys Travel site. The information gathered will include pages that were visited, the order of same and which products/links where clicked on and how far along the process a person went. The statistics gathered will help to provide a better service to the customer.

There may be times when a survey will be conducted in order to gather opinions and demographic information. No personal information will be requested on these surveys. The answers/data received will be used to better understand what customers are looking for and expecting from the company.

Terms and Conditions

By using the Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre website you (the "Member") agree to these terms and conditions. Member agrees to indemnify and hold Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member's computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

4. Modifications and Interruption to Service

Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Journeys Travel & Leisure Supercentre does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
